I’m Rajeev Kohli, second-generation owner of Creative Travel, a family-owned DMC that has been creating extraordinary journeys across India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives since 1977.

I’ve spent more than 30 years in this industry, and incentives remain my passion. I love the challenge of taking an idea that sounds difficult, ambitious - or occasionally slightly crazy - and finding a way to make it happen. Because great incentive travel isn’t about moving people from one beautiful hotel to another. It’s about creating moments, emotions and stories they will still be talking about years later.

That philosophy has helped Creative Travel become one of South Asia’s most globally awarded DMCs, with 103 international recognitions, including 10 SITE Crystal Awards. But the awards matter less to me than what they represent: creativity, innovation, flawless execution and the courage to keep pushing boundaries.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Global President of SITE, President of euromic, being inducted into the Events Industry Council Hall of Leaders, receiving the IMEX Academy Award, and speaking around the world about the industry I love.
