I've spent four decades in hospitality and event production, most of it in the room when things get complicated: multi-day programs with a dozen moving pieces, high-profile corporate events with no room for a second take.

I work with event producers, resort teams, and corporate planners to figure out what a program actually needs, not just what's on the RFP. The real work happens before anyone walks in: anticipate the problem, build in the fix, and the client never finds out there was one.
