What excites me most about my role is building genuine relationships; getting to know what matters most to planners and creating experiences that feel a little unforgettable. I believe hospitality is about more than just space and rates; it’s about listening, thinking outside the box, and making sure every group feels like part of our Rio family.

When I’m not collaborating with planners, you’ll probably find me exploring a new hole in the wall restaurant and cute little coffee shops, on the field cheering on my kids at their sports events or discovering new ways to bring fresh energy to our industry!
