His comprehensive industry background ranges from luxury hospitality operations at the Four Seasons St. Louis to key logistics roles at Maritz as an Air Agent, Travel Director, and Meeting Event Manager, where he successfully executed large-scale programs with budgets exceeding $1.6 million. Most recently, Andy spent four years driving regional growth as an Account Executive in Cohera's New England office. A St. Louis native and a University of Oregon graduate, Andy combines sharp strategic vision with meticulous operational execution. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler, music enthusiast, and cook who loves spending time with family in Lanai, Hawaii.
