As Vice President of Destination Sales for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), Rebecca DeLuca leads strategic sales and marketing efforts to bring meetings and conventions to Las Vegas. She oversees a team dedicated to connecting customers with hotel partners and delivering exceptional event experiences.

A collaborative and results-driven leader, Rebecca has a proven track record of strengthening customer relationships, launching effective marketing initiatives and building strategic industry partnerships. She has led award-winning collaborations, including the 2024 Brand Experience Summit.

Rebecca currently serves on the MPI Global Board of Trustees as Past-Chair and on the MPI International Board of Directors. She is a regular speaker at universities, conferences and industry events. Rebecca holds a Business Administration degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University and completed Caesars Entertainment’s Emerging Leaders Executive Program in 2023. She and her husband live in Las Vegas with their two sons. She enjoys cheering them on at baseball, football and soccer games, as well as playing sand volleyball in her free time.

Before joining LVCVA, Rebecca held leadership roles in sales, operations and meeting planning with Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts International, Gaylord Hotels and Cardinal Health.
