In the old Nice lies a convent with a luxurious garden... A picture of light and simplicity.

Nestled in the heart of Nice, the convent was built by the Clarisses in 1604. Four centuries later, in a project that lasted ten years, this sanctuary has been lovingly restored stone by stone, piece by piece.

88 rooms and suites with blend of authenticity and refinement offering your guests a unique experience. Every space has been designed to be a calm and inspiring place, whether it’s sitting in the shade of a fig tree or in the comfort of our carefully restored interiors.

At the heart of the Convent, four modular rooms unflod in sequence, bathed in natural light from the gardens. Combined, they form a plenary hall of 1,345sq.ft able to host around a hundred guests in theatre configuration. Seperated, they offer spaces of 270 to 430sq.ft , suited to smaller meetings and workshops. A second room extends this ensemble: beneath its vaultes and wood panelling, the table lends itsfelf equally to dinners and working meetings.

In collaboration with the hotel’s own Notre-Dame farm in Touët-sur-Var, our cuisine celebrates the seasons and focuses on sustainability. The fruit, vegetables and eggs from our organic farm, as well as the herbs from the garden and bread from the hotel bakery, all bring a touch of local authenticity to each dish.
