Avital Rosen is Vice President of Business Development at Kenes Group, a global leader in association management and professional conference management. With more than 35 years of international experience, she combines operational expertise with a strategic business development perspective, building partnerships with international associations and supporting the company’s continued global growth.
Throughout her career, Avital has held senior leadership roles across operations, project management, client accounts, and business development, giving her a strong understanding of the full lifecycle of international conferences—from strategy and planning to operational delivery and long-term organizational growth.
Today, Avital leads strategic business development for Kenes Group, partnering with international associations and professional societies to explore new avenues for collaboration. She focuses on creating long-term partnerships, launching new conference brands, expanding established events into new regions, and helping organizations develop conferences as strategic platforms for growth and collaboration. As a member of the Kenes Group executive management team, she contributes to the company’s strategic direction and international expansion.
In her spare time, Avital enjoys ballet, Pilates and long-distance walking.
