Ante Lacman
Co - founder & Croatia office director
About Me (IMEX Profile):
I am Ante Lacman, co-founder and director of Intours DMC Croatia, based in Split, Croatia. Since 2011 I have built the Croatian side of Intours, a destination management company operating across Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro since 1995.
My work is designing programs on the ground: the venue, the route and the local partner that make a program work for a specific group. We know these destinations from within, not from a database.
Intours in numbers: 2,000+ incentives and conferences, 100,000+ guests, 60 professionals.
Recent programs:
Hvar: 640 guests, full resort buyout, closing night in a 16th-century fortress theatre.
Šibenik: 1,500 guests in three waves, gala dinner on the UNESCO cathedral square.
Dubrovnik: 700 guests. The venue held 200. We rebuilt it for two dinners of 350.

Considering Croatia for an incentive or conference? Request a meeting and I will show you what we would build for your group.
Destination inspiration: Split DMC, Šibenik DMC, Hvar DMC, Dubrovnik DMC.
