Karina Soraya Lance is a sales and marketing professional who leads strategy and operations for Dubai Business Events, the official convention bureau and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions division of Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism.
In her role, Karina manages a network of 12 overseas offices across North America, Europe and Asia and provides leadership for the destination's business events strategy.
Since 2023, she has served as an executive board member of BestCities Global Alliance and the Dubai Association Centre, providing strategic guidance on association and corporate development.
