I serve as Senior Director of Sales at Hotel New Otani, where I lead a diverse group of sales teams covering domestic corporate accounts, embassies, overseas agents, our North America sales office, and MICE. My role focuses on building strong relationships with clients in Japan and around the world, and on developing and executing our sales strategy. I also oversee sales for the New Otani group hotels, working to strengthen our brand across all properties.
