Hi! I’m Virginia, Italian by birth and a longtime lover of the fast-paced world of events. I started my career in event production, where I fell in love with experiential marketing and the get-it-done attitude that comes with turning ideas into real experiences.
I later moved into Operations at Red Bull, staying close to events, hospitality, and all the behind-the-scenes work that makes things happen. Today, I bring that same energy and project management skills to Salty Cali, a women-owned small business where I get to wear many hats, and “getting it done” is pretty much our daily motto.
Best of all, I get to do it alongside an incredibly inspiring team of women who make the work that much more fun.
