Mandarin Oriental Lutetia Paris is home to two restaurants and bars, some of which can be privatized depending on the date and time.
Brasserie Saint Germain - All Day Dining
As a casual meeting spot, Le Saint-Germain brings the past into the present. An expansive salon where one can gather at any time of day, this colourful pantheon for socialising is amplified by the menu, an outdoor patio, and Chef Nicolas Guercio’s artistic Tea Time. In the evening, discover Chef Alessio Maselli’s seasonal creations with a gourmet menu blending French technique with Italian inspiration.
Brasserie Lutetia - Breakfast and Brasserie
When dining in Saint-Germain, Brasserie Lutetia is a singular experience. With an outdoor terrace and an interior reminiscent of the hotel’s Art Deco history, Brasserie Lutetia is the place for locals both to dine and be seen in. With a menu of familiar French classics and contemporary surprises curated by Executive Chef Patrick Charvet, it's no wonder that Parisians in the know flock to this little corner.
Bar Joséphine - One of the best bars in Paris
Stepping inside Bar Joséphine, you may well find your head in the clouds – after all, it’s easy to be swept up by the iconic detailing. A bar like no other in Paris, guests can enjoy a quiet drink, admire the surroundings or hold court with friends, all to a beautifully crafted menu that complements this dreamlike, towering space.
Embark on a journey of exceptional cocktail artistry led by Angelo Forte, our Head Bartender and maestro of mixology, who oversees the two bars of our Parisian palace. Originally from Formia, Italy, Angelo's passion for travel and mixology took root during his studies in Rome, followed by a brief yet formative experience in London before settling in Paris. Now, as a master of his craft, Angelo has reimagined Lutetia's cocktail repertoire. A true storyteller of flavours, he skillfully blends timeless mixology classics with unexpected creations, crafting unique and unforgettable experiences for every guest.
Bar Aristide - The Speakeasy
Paying tribute to Saint-Germain’s jazz scene, and named after Aristide Boucicaut (the founder of Le Bon Marché), Bar Aristide reinvents the notion of a private member’s club with smooth jazz and even smoother drinks. Bathed in an electro jazz and down tempo soundtrack, the bar hosts electronic music DJ sets by artists from the local and international scene. An exclusive cocktail menu has been created by Head Bartender Angelo Forte, inspired by alternative music albums from the last thirty years.
