Clinical Psychologist
The Neurodiversity Collective
Matthew “Dr Matt” Zakreski, PsyD, is a speaker and clinical psychologist specializing in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those who are gifted, 2e, ADHD, autistic or dyslexic. He has delivered more than 1,000 talks worldwide across schools, universities and workplaces.
Dr Matt focuses on making insights from brain science, human behavior and clinical psychology practical and accessible, helping people apply them in everyday life. He works with organizations to support meaningful, lasting growth through strategies that continue beyond the session.
He is co-founder of The Neurodiversity Collective and author of The Neurodiversity Playbook. He was inducted into the New Jersey Gifted Education Hall of Fame in 2026.
