Chantal Sturk-Nadeau is a strategic leader with more than 25 years’ experience in the global business events and tourism industry. She has held leadership roles at Destination Canada and Tourism Winnipeg, developing innovative, data-led approaches to destination marketing.
As Vice President of Innovation and Insights at PCMA, Chantal leads the organization’s work across innovation, research and consulting. She oversees Spark and DestinAI, generative AI tools developed for event professionals, and explores the role of AI in the future of work.
Chantal also directs PCMA’s insight reports, white papers and strategic consulting services. Drawing on PCMA’s global network of more than 50,000 professionals, her team delivers tailored solutions covering destination strategy, research and economic impact measurement.
Chantal brings together practical innovation and reliable insight to help business events professionals make confident, informed decisions.
