Stephanie Glanzer is Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President for MGM Resorts International. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s overall sales strategy and operations, including group, industry relations, global sales, transient and luxury sales strategy, as well as property operations such as catering and convention services. Throughout her 27 years at MGM Resorts, Stephanie has held a range of executive sales positions at Mandalay Bay, ARIA and Bellagio. She started her career at The Mirage.
Stephanie graduated from Southern Methodist University and sits on the executive boards of the U.S. Travel Association and Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, as well as the board of AMC Institute. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, live music, cooking and spending time with her family. She is passionate about developing people and teams to drive results, enhance the guest experience and support well-being in the hospitality industry.
