Director of Community & Legacy

Jennifer Roche is Director of Community of Legacy at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee. Before joining the committee, she led social responsibility initiatives at Concacaf, managing Football for Development programs across 41 countries.
Jennifer’s work included training volunteer coaches, supporting projects focused on women and girls, strengthening safeguarding and child protection, and building relationships with philanthropic organizations and government bodies. These programs reached more than 12,000 people, and the Generation Amazing project was recognized at the United Nations’ International Day of Sport for Development and Peace in April 2024.
Jennifer previously worked at Special Olympics Florida, where she helped deliver 17 sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. She studied Exercise and Sport Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds an MA in Sport Administration from the University of Miami.
Jennifer is a board member of Miami SCORES, which provides soccer, poetry and service-learning opportunities for underserved communities in Miami. She has also completed the FIFA Guardians Safeguarding Diploma and the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine’s Emerging Transformational Leadership Program.
